These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FourClover.ai ("FourClover," "we," "us," or "our"), including the website at fourclover.ai and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
FourClover is an AI-powered product research intelligence platform. The Service helps you analyze product ideas and market categories by generating outputs such as market snapshots, customer insights, whitespace opportunities, brand strategy guidance, and synthesized opportunity briefs. Features and availability may change over time as we improve the product.
You must provide accurate, current information when you register. You may not create more than one account per person without our permission. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@fourclover.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

FourClover owns the Service, including its software, branding, templates, and documentation. You retain ownership of content you submit ("Inputs"). Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use outputs generated from your Inputs for your internal business purposes or commercial use, including using those outputs in your own products, pitches, or strategy—provided you comply with these Terms and applicable law. You may not imply that FourClover endorses your use of outputs unless we agree in writing.
Paid plans, features, and limits are described on our Pricing page. When billing is enabled, charges will be processed by a third-party payment processor (to be identified at checkout). You authorize us and our processor to charge your payment method for applicable fees. You may cancel your subscription according to the terms shown at purchase; access may continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated. We may change prices with reasonable notice where required by law.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that we process data as set forth there.
The Service uses artificial intelligence and third-party data sources. Outputs are informational and for research and decision support only. They are not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for evaluating outputs and for any decisions you make based on them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FourClover and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we must do so to comply with law or protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion subject to our processes and legal retention requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we may notify you through the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Virginia will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
